DE.PLA S.R.L. does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Shipments destined for countries inside the European Union do not contain an invoice or any other documentation declaring the value of the merchandise.

DE.PLA S.R.L. ships in Europe using BARTOLINI, UPS, DHL and FEDEX.

Items that are already available will be dispatched in 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) following order completion. During sales or special promotions, processing times may be longer.

DE.PLA S.R.L. cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of DE.PLA S.R.L.

SHIPMENT TRACKING
When the order is shipped, Clients receive an email from DE.PLA S.R.L. In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by the courier and/or DE.PLA S.R.L.
SUCCESSFUL SHIPMENT DELIVERY
Upon delivery of every order, Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully BEFORE signing for the delivery.
If for any reason the box looks tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event that the box has been signed for by an unknown party or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, open a claim immediately with the courier and contact DE.PLA S.R.L.t at info@de-pla.com.
When there is a reception desk or doorperson present at the address, the courier is authorized to deliver the package to the on-duty personnel. If the package or the items are damaged or if an item shown in the delivery note is missing from inside, the packaging must be kept for further verification.
Any claim regarding damages, missing merchandise and/or delivery to the wrong address, must be received by DE.PLA S.R.L. it within 10 days from the order’s delivery date on the carrier’s website, otherwise the claim will not be accepted.
If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the Client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the DE.PLA S.R.L. commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
ORDER PAYMENT
The following methods of payment are accepted by DE.PLA S.R.L.:
BANK WIRE TRANSFER
When Bank Wire Transfer is selected as the method of payment, the Client will automatically receive an email containing the bank account information for DE.PLA S.R.L.. The merchandise will then be reserved for the order until payment has been confirmed. The Client is asked to fax or email a scanned copy of the Bank Wire Transfer within 48 hours of receiving the email request for payment.
It is mandatory that the Client fax or email a scanned copy of the Bank Wire Transfer within 48 hours to avoid the cancelation of the order. Merchandise will be shipped once the payment has reached DE.PLA S.R.L.’s bank account.
If the fax or scanned copy of the Bank Wire Transaction is not received within 48 hours of the request, the order will be cancelled.
The merchandise will be shipped once DE.PLA S.R.L. has confirmed the payment and the merchandise is available for shipment. This method of payment is not available in all countries. Please check availability at the time of purchase.
PAYPAL
DE.PLA S.R.L. accepts payments from PayPal Accounts and reserves the right to process orders only if shipped to the same address that the verified PayPal account is registered with.
SATISPAY
DE.PLA S.R.L. accepts payments from Satispay Accounts and reserves the right to process orders only if shipped to the same address that the verified Satispay account is registered with.
CASH ON DELIVERY
Cash on delivery is available only for shipments to Italy for amounts lower than € 999. At time of delivery, you must have the exact order total indicated in the shipping confirmation email in cash. The courier cannot provide change and does not accept cheques. For eventual refunds, you must indicate a bank or postal account. This payment method has an additional cost of € 7.
PROMO CODES
Clients who have received a Promo Code for DE.PLA S.R.L., by newsletter, through social networks or on approved promotional websites, can insert this code during checkout. Each code has a validity, start and end date, which limits its use and cannot be extended. Promo Codes can be used in conjunction with Store Credit.
